Shipping and Exchange Policy

Nomad Softwares, operated by NOMAD TECH Workshops (MSME No. MH-28-0041836), provides software and services only — ERP, Teledialer, Custom Software, Mobile App Development, Website Development, and SEO. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses are involved.

All deliverables are provided digitally — for example through online access, deployment to your hosting or app store accounts, source code handover, or email. Delivery timelines are agreed for each project in its signed agreement or engagement letter. Payments made through this website are for services that have already been delivered, so nothing further is dispatched after payment. A payment confirmation is provided once your payment succeeds.

As our services are custom work delivered digitally, they cannot be exchanged or returned. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us and we will address it under the support and warranty terms of your project agreement. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
