Sudoku & X and O — Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. About this policy

This policy explains how the Android app Sudoku & X and O (package name com.nomadisop.puzzlegames, the “App”) handles information. The App is published by NOMAD TECH Workshops (MSME No. MH-28-0041836), operating as Nomad Softwares (“we”, “us”).

2. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. The App has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not send your game data to our servers. We do not have servers for the App.

Your game progress (for example, an unfinished Sudoku puzzle, X and O scores and best times) and your settings (such as theme and vibration) are stored only on your device. If you have turned on Android device backup, Android may include this data in your Google account backup so it can be restored on a new device; this is controlled by your device settings and Google’s policies.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App shows full-screen ads between games, provided by Google AdMob. To serve, measure and protect ads against fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising ID, app set ID, IP address (and a general location derived from it), device and app information, ad interactions, and crash and performance diagnostics. This information is collected by Google, not by us, and is handled under Google’s policies:

Your choices. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and some US states), the App asks for your consent through Google’s consent message before ads are personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Ad privacy choices. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

4. In-app purchase (Google Play)

The App offers an optional one-time purchase, “Remove ads”. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play; we never receive your card or payment details. The App receives from Google Play only the information needed to confirm the purchase (such as the product and purchase status) so it can switch ads off and restore your purchase if you reinstall. Once you own “Remove ads”, the App does not load the advertising SDK. See the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

5. Device permissions

  • Internet and network state — to load ads and check purchases with Google Play.
  • Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob as described above.
  • Google Play billing — to offer the optional “Remove ads” purchase.

The App does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or precise location.

6. Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone, because we do not collect it. The third-party services above (Google AdMob and Google Play) process information under their own policies.

7. Data retention and deletion

Game progress and settings stay on your device until you delete them. You can delete all of the App’s data by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App. For data processed by Google for advertising, use the options in section 3 or your Google Account.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help address it.

9. Security

Because game data stays on your device, it is protected by your device’s own security. Communication with Google’s advertising and billing services is encrypted in transit.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App changes. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version; significant changes will also be noted in the App’s release notes on Google Play.
