Cube Dig: 3D Treasure Puzzle — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Android app Cube Dig: 3D Treasure Puzzle (package name com.nomadisop.cubedig, the “App”) handles information. The App is published by NOMAD TECH Workshops (MSME No. MH-28-0041836), operating as Nomad Softwares (“we”, “us”).

We do not collect personal information. The App has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not send your game data to our servers. We do not have servers for the App.

Your game progress (level, coins, boosters, museum collection, skins, settings and Daily Dig history) is stored only on your device. If you have turned on Android device backup, Android may include this data in your Google account backup so it can be restored on a new device; this is controlled by your device settings and Google’s policies.

The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob: optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch for a bonus, and full-screen ads between levels. To serve, measure and protect ads against fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising ID, app set ID, IP address (and a general location derived from it), device and app information, ad interactions, and crash and performance diagnostics. This information is collected by Google, not by us, and is handled under Google’s policies:

Your choices. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent through Google’s consent message before ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Ad privacy choices. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

• Internet and network state — to load ads.
• Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob as described above.
• Notifications and alarms — only if you turn on the optional Daily Dig reminder. The reminder is scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to a server.
• Vibration — for haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.

The App does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or precise location.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone, because we do not collect it. Google AdMob processes information under its own policies as described in section 3.

Game progress and settings stay on your device until you delete them. You can delete all of the App’s data by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App. For data processed by Google for advertising, use the options in section 3 or your Google Account. You can also ask us about your data by email (section 9).

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help address it.

Because game data stays on your device, it is protected by your device’s own security. Communication with Google’s advertising services is encrypted in transit. We may update this policy when the App changes; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
